Bailey Nichols, COTA/L
I was born and raised in Brock, TX and became a part of the Hardin Simmons University family in 2015. In 2019 I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Exercise Science. I received my A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy the following year from Parker University with a passion for Neurodegenerative Disorders and upper extremity trauma. My clinical experience has a large emphasis in Neurodegenerative Disorders including Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, MS, and nerve dysfunction. I have extensive experience working with the Geriatric population both in the Outpatient and Assisted Living settings. I am passionate about creative interventions that are client centered and evidence based. I am continuously pursuing new skills and education to improve my interventions and care so that my patients receive the best care possible. I am invested in every person’s story and how as a provider I can improve the quality of their daily life.
